Couples counseling services are designed to help partners break unhelpful patterns, improve communication, and strengthen their connection. Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply seeking to grow closer, we can learn actionable tools and create a supportive space to work through it—together.
I focus on helping couples create healthier ways to communicate, deepen emotional intimacy, (re)connect, and navigate transitions with respect and empathy.

Mindfulness Session
This is for people who are looking for support in calming their minds and nervous systems. We will work with a number of tools including Breathwork, guided meditation, and energy work. These sessions are for relaxation and to help train the nervous system to feel safe.
