Join us for a workshop discussing the combination of our environments, our nervous system, and mental health. We will share tools and remedies to help balance our overstimulated nervous systems, and talk about herbal allies that support stress.
Participants will learn about the function of the nervous system, lifestyle strategies to help us stay calm, categories of herbs that can offer additional support and ways to incorporate herbs into our everyday lives. We’ll explore medicinal plants you can use to help manage your nervous system in the face of daily and long-term stress, as well as help with feelings of anxiety and overwhelm. We will serve a nervous system balancing and nourishing tea.
