Workshop // Mindfulness for Mental Health

This interactive workshop introduces mindfulness techniques to improve mental health by reducing stress, anxiety, and depression. Participants will learn to cultivate present-moment awareness through guided meditation, mindful breathing, and cognitive techniques, helping to break negative thought patterns and enhance emotional regulation.
